Yabukita Green

River’s Yabukita Green is grown in full sunlight in the mountains of the Shizuoka Japan at the Tamura Farm.
Yoshiyuki Tamura is the 13th generation and is currently in charge.  He works with other young farmers to innovate and sustain the local tea farm business. His tea fields do not use chemical pesticides, but they are not yet certified organic. 
This is a unique blend of lightly steamed sencha Yabukita varietal with Yabukita matcha, it has Light lemony citrus flavor notes and vibrant green color. You can brew it hot or cold.
For your perfect brew, we recommend using 2 grams of tea for every 12oz of water at 210°F.
